I was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 1981. I started photography in 2001. I graduated from South Asian Institute of Photography (Pathshala). I always want to show a documentation of a culture with my photographs, to tell a story as a messenger of the community. My philosophy is that it is essential for the photographer to create communication and trust with his subjects.
Awarded as a 2008 All Roads Photography of National Geographic Society for my Documentary Project.
2009 Grand Prix winner of “Europe and Asia – Dialogue of Cultures”, Russia.
Mark Grosset Documentary Prize 2009, France.
HPA Documentary Awards winner 2009, China.

It is important to realize that no documentation will ever be finished. This work informs my identity that has started from one point but has no ending.

Ana María Caliyuri, nació el 23 de julio de 1955, en Ayacucho, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Actualmente reside en Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Es docente, productora de programas de radio y TV, escritora.
Ana María ha sido invitada a participar como miembro del jurado de Talent Seekers por haber sido la segunda autora más valorada por el jurado en la categoría "Literatura, filosofía, periodismo" en la edición 2009-2010 de los Premios Internacionales Talent Seekers.

Luis Alfredo Duarte-Herrera absolvio sus estudios de Derecho, Ciencias Políticas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
Desde 1989 vive en Salzburgo donde en 1992 fundó la Asociación pro Arte, Ciencia y Cultura Latinoamericanos de Austria YAGE (ver www.euroyage.org) y el trilingüe Magazin Cultural Latinoamericano XICóATL “Estrella Errante”, proyectos culturales que dirIge hasta la actualidad.
En marzo de 1995 recibió el reconocimiento de su estatus como pintor y diseñador independiente, por parte del Ministerio Federal para la Ciencia, la Investigación y el Arte de Austria. |
